… or I do, lol!
I have something with bungalows and wooden tree-houses. I remember when I was a kid, I usted to play with our neighbors kids and one of our favorite things to do was go on adventures and build tree-houses at the nearby forest. So tree-houses have this nostalgic kind of thing for me and as a grown-up I can only imagine how fun it is to stay in a real treehouse. Or in this case a…. seashell?
Anyway, I have listed 6 amazing and unique homes to stay on Airbnb :
1 # Seashell House at Isla Mujeres, Mexico
This place seems kinda crazy. Like who is thinking to build their entire house as a seashell? I could imagine if mermaids existed, this would be a typical mermaid home. This is a truly unique place. The Seashell House is a whitewashed, curvilinear villa in Isla Mujeres, Mexico — Take the round staircase up to the master bedroom, which boasts stunning views of the Caribbean sea. It is fun and creative, and even the interior is all made out of seashells. This is definitely an Instagram worthy destination! And I would definitely feel like a mermaid staying here.

2 # Hideout Eco-Bamboo House, Bali, Indonesia
This one is my favourite. Like sometimes I just want to sell my stuff and my apartment in Copenhagen and move to Bali. I’ve spend a couple of month in Bali back in 2014, so the island have a special mening in my life. I would build a bohemian bungalow like this and probably teach some yoga. Just look how cosy and amazing this is. I would love to just chill in the hammock to the sound of the jungle and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I love the sustainable idea of using bamboo as the fundament of the house. Bamboo is one of the fast growing natural materials we have in this world and it doesn’t require much water. So if you want to experience Bali and do it in a sustainable kind of way, this place should definitely be on your Bali-home list.

Oh my, and I can only imagine how breathtaking the view is from the cliffs during sunsets. This mobilehome is located near the Californian coast in Malibu and have the most beautiful surroundings. Book a night here if you want to experience the true American live-in-a-van dream.

4 # Trullo Aromatic Green, Apulia, Italy
Perhaps one of the most intriguing sights for those visiting Apulia (Italian: Puglia) are the delightful stone buildings they call Trulli (plural for Trullo). With a long history of hundreds of years, Trulli are unique to Apulia and these traditional buildings, with their limestone walls and conical roofs, can be seen throughout the area, but especially common in and around the Itrea Valley where they pepper the countryside. Alberobello is especially notable for being home to the highest concentrations of Trulli in Apulia. As such, it is recognised as a World Heritage Site by the United Nations.
I love the genuine and rustic appearance that appears in the interior.

And the funny thing is that is located just 3 hours by plane from Denmark.
